Recently David Newhouse represented us in a Government Acquisitions takeover for an office we owned in the Sydney CBD. David's expertise in the field of Government Acquisitions is reflected in his ability to take on and manage a difficult process from beginning to end. He is passionate in what he does. David and his team were outstanding. I’ve not seen a more dedicated , client focus lawyer in my 30 years of needing legal services on real estate matters.   Our situation was challenging as our office building was compulsory acquired and,  as a tenant , lengthy and complex negotiations were required with a government entity.
